The library building in kota Tangerang is very strategic and it is easy to reach it and moreover many public transports are passing by and transit in front of that library building.
Which is closed to alun alun recreation field centre and then according to the time schedule that this library opens up every day started at 8. 00 am – 15.00 pm and either on Saturday and on Sunday will be opened up too.
Every morning since monday till Friday many students of basic schools mostly attend into that library building and seemingly they come by school buses which are able to parking alongside of street pavement and lately the office gate will be crowded by all students of basic schools right there
Later on when entering through building rooms of library those students act out so noisy inside library unconsciously and of course it troubles to.
The other visittors who enjoyably are reading books while there is no warning information around that library such as ” don’t be noise ! For all guests here “
Actually there must be an officer or a librarian to handle students entering into this library in order.
Not to be noisy but it seemed it lacked of staff preparation to anticipate and the question is where is the librarian leader to manage his job’s task ?
Ironically the leader of this library office stays at other building nearby and this building only special for books collections and others and according to the “journalist of internasional pos ” that.

Those welcoming students such as programs of poetry reading, simple oration, declarations, fable & short story listening.
