ND MAFIA WHO SOLD MY LAND TO THEM, JUDGE’S OFFICE.

Tangerang, INTERNASIONALPOS.COM.

Ondeng, a resident of Salembara, offered land along the roadside, land belonging to Sucipto, during a trial at the Tangerang City District Court, Banten, on Tuesday (November 25th).

He then met a broker named Satiri, along with Arsad, Sucipto’s associate, and went to Sucipto’s office in the State Secretariat complex.

The land Sucipto was selling was over 2 hectares, planted with rice, and the land title was still covered by six AJBs, according to the defendant.

The land cultivators at the time were Satiri and Endang.

Before the transaction, the defendant checked the land title at the sub-district office, and it was correct. The land had been measured by the National Land Agency (BPN).

After the transaction was finalized, the AJB was prepared at the sub-district office, in the presence of Sucipto, the village secretary, and numerous witnesses.

The defendant forgot between five or six AJBs from the sub-district office; Sanusi, a villager, handled them. “No AJB,” the defendant said innocently.

The land was still used for farming, planted with rice by residents until 2011. He purchased the land in 1984 from Sucipto, who was still serving at the State Secretariat.

After the sale was completed, Sucipto submitted six red paper AJBs.

According to the defendant, Sucipto’s old AJBs from the sub-district head were returned to him.

Since he had already sold the land, he then gave the old AJBs to the buyer/defendant.

In 2021, the land was seized by land mafia. The remaining land was supposed to be upgraded to a SHM/certificate, but instead, it was reported for forgery.

“All the land is fenced off; that’s the developer’s business,” the defendant stated innocently.

H. Hasbi advised the defendant to check with the sub-district office.

Village Head Sutikna declined to discuss the seized land, but the defendant continued to answer questions from Prosecutor Eva Nababan, SH.

There were five or six AJBs (Deeds of Sale and Purchase) from Sucipto, a tax payment letter from the National Land Agency (BPN), and a land history certificate from the village.

Mansyur threatened the defendant not to seek any more witnesses because the lawsuit in the Petun (land title) would be difficult.

The village head canceled the defendant’s PM 1, but he found out there was a mediation in 2024. When the land was about to be fenced, someone already wanted to fence it.

Amsari’s measurements weren’t there. “It was Amsari who seized my land,” the defendant continued, answering the prosecutor’s question. “The village head took the measurements. Menyamin and Amsari weren’t present.”

The defendant’s legal counsel stated that Sucipto was still healthy and working at the time of the land sale and purchase. The broker demanded payment.

Cash, while the seller, Sucipto, asked for payment by giro.

I brought the money home and paid by giro,” the defendant said, pointing out the payment time. “Sucipto, the sub-district head, and all the brokers were present.”

Before signing the letter, it was read by a sub-district official. Arshad requested cash payment. However, the seller, Sucipto, requested payment via bank transfer.

The government released the defendant’s land in 2007, and the government paid for it. The land was cultivated by Sapri and planted with rice, with the proceeds distributed to the landowner/defendant.

The land tax (PBB) is still being paid to this day, according to the defendant, who has acquired 6.7 AJBs from Sucipto, down to 3 AJBs still under his control.

There was a forged signature dated August 11, 2025, while he was being detained.

When the panel of judges clarified the issue of the signature, the defendant stammered.

The panel of judges turned to his legal counsel, “I just want to know your honesty.”

“If you’re honest, there’s a mechanism; if you lie, there are consequences,” the panel of judges said. “I don’t remember the size of the land I bought from Sucipto,” the defendant said.

Sucipto’s right to sell six AJBs was presented before the sub-district head, Edy. Three of the AJBs were problematic, but one plot had been seized.

The panel of judges explained that there were two different signatures, the defendant didn’t know. “I just trusted those people,” the defendant continued.

The defendant didn’t know Benjamin’s signature on the land measurement, after I bought the land, my son often saw the land, sucipto’s son never visited the land after I bought it.

The defendant still holds the 1990 AJB to this day. The panel of judges asked the prosecutor to review it on Friday, November 28, 2025.
