Hj. Aida Hubaedah, SH. SE. MM, a member of the Tangerang Regency Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) from the Democratic Party faction, donated her private land in the Mauk area of ​​Tangerang Regency, Banten, on Monday (12/15).

The construction budget for the mosque is currently 1.2 billion Rupiah, a grant from the Tangerang Regency government on behalf of the Ratu Pantura Foundation, which is expected to become the mayor of North Tangerang.

Holding a press conference at the Greater Tangerang Journalists’ Secretariat (Raya), Hj. Aida Hubaedah, better known as Aida Ratu Pantura, spoke about the building, which stands on a plot of land donated by her family for a place of worship.

The land on which the mosque will be built is located in Tegal Kunir Village and Jati Waringin Village.

“Bismillah, as a native, after discussing it with my family, I finally donated the land in my personal name for a place of worship,” she said.

“Hj. Aida also explained that the Head of Tegal Kunir Kidul Village has long submitted a land acquisition request through the Mauk sub-district head and the head of the land affairs division at the Housing and Settlement Agency (SKPD), but to date, there has been no response.

Therefore, as a result of the family deliberation, Hj. Aida granted the land. The deed of gift has been confirmed, signed by the Village Head as a witness, and bearing the number RSG (Deed of Grant) Number 24, dated August 22, 2023, issued by notary Lulfi Burhan, SH.

“Alhamdulillah, a place of worship is currently being built. May it benefit the entire community and bring blessings in this world and the hereafter. Amen. The budget from the Tangerang Regency Government is 1.2 billion rupiah,” explained Hj. Aida.

Aida Ratu Pantura further explained that it is true that the funds from the Tangerang Regency Government are distributed in the name of the foundation, as the grant is not given to an individual, but to the foundation.

Regional governments are not easily allowed to disburse regional budgets if they do not meet the requirements. The requirements, complete physical requirements, were actually implemented.

Hj. Aida, besides being a member of the Tangerang Regency Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD), also serves as Chair of the Regency Arts and Culture Council (DKKT). She hopes that the congregation will properly maintain and care for the House of Allah.

“For years, the community has wanted to have these facilities and infrastructure. However, it has been very difficult to realize due to the lack of land.

Of course, as a resident and a member of the Council, I feel called, encouraged, motivated, and inspired to realize the community’s aspirations and desires.

After discussing it with my husband and family, I finally donated my private land for the construction of these facilities,” she said.

An Inspiring Life Journey: On that occasion, Hj. Aida shared a little about her life story. She admitted that she comes from a humble family and began her career as a tailor.

“I was just a tailor and was about to get married when I was young.

But I wanted to advance. “That’s why I learned to sew and continued to improve,” she said.

That determination and hard work led Hj. Aida to be elected as a member of the Tangerang Regency Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) for three terms through the Democratic Party.

Now, she is also entrusted with the position of Chair of the Tangerang Regency Arts and Culture Council (DKKT).
