Tangerang, Saturday, August 22, 2025, the Cikupa District Office Multipurpose Building hosted the highly anticipated seminar, “The Great Conference of Gen Z & Gen Alpha.”
This seminar was organized by Karya Inspirasi Indonesia under the auspices of PT. Sarana Edukasi Indonesia, with the aim of fostering participants’ self-confidence and helping them explore their potential to determine their future direction.
The seminar featured the theme “The Great Conference of Gen Z & Gen Alpha,” with four highly relevant topics for the younger generation:
Personal Branding: Building a positive and professional self-image; Public Speaking: Improving public speaking skills with confidence;
Career Preparation: Preparing to enter the workforce with the right strategies; Scholarship Tips: Understanding how to obtain scholarships and increase your chances of success.
The seminar was moderated by an internationally certified expert, Mr. Sigit Bayu Cahyanto. He is a young man with numerous achievements both at home and abroad and served as the keynote speaker.
He is also a recipient of the Gadjah Mada University (UGM) LPDP scholarship, providing him with extensive experience and knowledge in career preparation and self-development.
According to data provided to the media, the seminar was attended by over 500 students from various high schools.
These included senior high schools (SMA), Islamic high schools (MAN), vocational high schools (SMK), and several other public and private schools of similar level.
The seminar was open to students from all over Tangerang City and Regency, providing an opportunity for the younger generation to learn and develop together.
